KRUEGER INTRODUCES LINEAHEAT, AN ADVANCED PROPORTIONAL CONTROLLED ELECTRIC HEATER, MEETING ASHRAE STANDARD 62 REQUIREMENTS
RICHARDSON, TEXAS (March 19, 2004) - Krueger is pleased to announce the release of a powerful new terminal unit electric heater.
Now Available! Krueger's LineaHEAT is the latest product innovation available with Krueger VAV terminal units. This electronic, time proportional digital relay version of the electric heater is available with an optional discharge temperature sensor, allowing the controller to limit maximum discharge temperatures.
Used with a single element heater, the LineaHEAT option will allow for a more complete control of space temperatures.
LineaHEAT can be driven by a variety of application sequences using proportional, pulsing, or staged 24 VAC output. Included is a, patent pending, three-point floating application using 24 VAC output that may reduce the cost of the DDC controller by as much as a third!
